If you are the victim of a misdemeanor offense (other than domestic violence), an ADA will speak with you about the case in the courtroom.
If you are the victim of domestic violence, click here.
If you are the victim of a felony, our office will mail some information and other materials to you. Please review the materials, complete any forms as requested, and return the necessary information to us as soon as possible.
If a member of the DA's Office has requested that you complete a "victim impact statement" and you have not received your copy via U.S. Mail or otherwise need an additional copy, please print one and return it as soon as possible: Victim Forms
